Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the terms

By creating an account or using the Aeria VPN service, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Aeria VPN provides VPN access (OpenVPN, WireGuard, VLESS) to customers who have purchased a plan. Plans are one-time payments for a fixed duration (1, 5 or 15 days, or 1 to 36 months).

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Your VPN credentials are generated separately from your account password.

4. Payment and auto-renewal

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed including all taxes.
  • Auto-renewal is optional and requires a saved card. You can enable or disable it at any time from your dashboard.
  • Without auto-renewal, your access simply ends at the end of the period.

5. Withdrawal right (14 days)

Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from the start of your subscription to withdraw, with a pro-rata refund for the remaining days. After 14 days of use, no refund applies but your subscription is still canceled. In short: not satisfied during your first 14 days? You get your money back (pro-rata).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for illegal activities. VPN access is for personal use, with up to 10 simultaneous connections depending on your plan (3 on Express and 1-month plans, 5 on 3- and 6-month plans, 10 on 1-, 2- and 3-year plans).

7. No logs

We do not log your browsing. See our privacy policy for details.

8. VPN network policy (Zero-Log, RAM-only)

The VPN network operates under a strict Zero-Log Policy and exclusively in RAM-only mode: no connection logs, no source IP assigned to the server, no session timestamps, no DNS queries and no browsing history are ever recorded or retained. There is nothing to trace, by design.

9. Account data and legal retention (12 months)

To comply with the French LCEN law (art. 6-II), access logs related to your account management (registration/login/payment IP address, email, transaction timestamps) are kept for 12 months and automatically deleted after 365 days. Your VPN credentials are strictly pseudonymous and completely disconnected from your real identity at the network infrastructure level.

10. GDPR and sub-processors (DPA)

Aeria VPN is the data controller for subscription management and authentication. SpiderSilk Limited (VPNresellers.com) is our technical sub-processor for routing network traffic in volatile memory (RAM-only). No identifying personal data is ever transmitted to the VPN infrastructure — only anonymous tokens/API keys.

11. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current plan.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable law of the service provider's jurisdiction. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
